Fair government sale of land and properties
On 26 November 2021, the Supreme Court ruled that when selling land or premises, the government must act transparently and offer equal opportunities to all(Didam ruling). This means that:
- If there are several interested parties, or if it is reasonable to expect,
- The government should give all (potential) buyers the opportunity to compete.
In doing so, the sales process should be clear and transparent for everyone.

Planning to apply for a plot in the future? Find out about the possibilities now and check whether your business activities are appropriate according to the environmental plan of the business park in question. Also investigate the following:
- Finance
- Expert guidance, such as an architect, business broker or property developer
- Required plot size, taking into account the required GLA for office space, storage space and outdoor storage
- Parking requirement on own plot, taking into account umbrella review parking
- Intended end use, such as functional use and destination purpose of the plot
- Energy needs, focusing on grid congestion
- Sustainability requirements

- Chamber of Commerce registration
- Mandate or power of attorney
- Statement end user
