THE AMBACHT

Business park Het Ambacht is located in Nobelhorst, a neighbourhood characterised by a sustainable appearance in a village atmosphere.

The Craft is intended for businesses with a low environmental impact/environmental category, such as a small printing company, caterer or an installation company. Small-scale offices, social facilities and service businesses are also welcome.

This site for small-scale businesses borders the Vinkweg neighbourhood and the yet-to-be-developed Twentsekant business park. On the edges of Het Ambacht, you can realise a live/work home. These free plots available in various sizes are unique in Almere. Here, you get the chance to build your own live/work house in a rural and peaceful setting.

The live/work plots are earmarked for the construction of a business premises with an attached company home. The business residence may be up to 250 m2 GLA (Gross Floor Area) in size. The specific conditions and guidelines are described in the plot passport (publication May 26).

Access

From both the A6 and A27 motorways, it is about five minutes by car to the business park. By public transport, it takes about 20 minutes by bus from Almere centre.

Subscription for building plots Het Ambacht closed

Registration for available building plots at the Het Ambacht business park, closed after being open for one month on Thursday 26 June at 5pm. New registrations will no longer be considered. It is also not possible to be placed on a reserve list.

The municipality is currently reviewing whether the application forms received are complete and correctly submitted.

When there are several applications for the same plot, a draw procedure takes place at the notary. This draw determines which potential applicant will be designated as the provisionally selected applicant. Participation in the draw does not automatically entitle you to a plot, but only determines the order of selection.

All registrants who applied before the closing date have received a confirmation of receipt and will be kept informed individually about the further course of the procedure.
