Body language
Around 70% of our communication is non-verbal. And yet we often focus mainly on the remaining 30%, the verbal.
Body Signals Academy changes this. By training in body language, you learn how to prevent your message from losing power unconsciously and how to recognise other people's non-verbal signals, so that you better understand what is going on in conversations. If you really want to listen well, it is essential to understand the body signals of your conversation partner and respond appropriately to them non-verbally. In this training, you "hear" what is being said without it being spoken and learn to recognise this in yourself and others.

And you probably recognise that: that moment when you walk away after a conversation feeling that something wasn't right, but you can't pinpoint exactly what. That moment when words say something, but body language betrays something else and you feel afterwards that information has been left out.
In this training you will learn to recognise, understand and target those signals so that you can adjust during the conversation and get a better grip on what is really going on.
Who is this training for?
This training is relevant to anyone who works with people. Whether you lead, advise, negotiate or collaborate: decisions are rarely made on content alone. Non-verbal communication continuously determines how messages are received, weighed and interpreted.
Especially in conversations where interests are at stake, tension is palpable or knots have to be cut, body signals often show what someone is thinking or feeling earlier than words. Those who miss those signals miss information. And that leads to misunderstandings, wrong assumptions or decisions that could have been made differently afterwards.
What will you learn?
- Reading and understanding the 100 most common body signals
- Practical techniques to influence with your body language
- Recognise how your interlocutor really thinks about things, e.g. during negotiations or difficult conversations
- Creating a favour factor by consciously using non-verbal techniques
