Why a mentor makes a difference

A good mentor knows the pitfalls of startup growth. They ask the right questions, spot opportunities you might miss, and help you make decisions based on experience rather than assumptions. How it works

1. Getting to know you
We map out your situation and need for help. Where are you now? What is the next milestone? What experience do you need?

2. Mentor match
We connect you with a mentor who fits your stage, sector, and challenge. Someone who's been through what you're facing now.

3. Working together
You work together for up to six months, averaging two hours per month. You and your mentor set the frequency and focus based on what you need. Everything runs at your pace and priorities.

4. Results
You get out what you put in. Some founders focus on one specific challenge; others work through multiple growth questions over the six months.

What your mentor helps with

Your mentor can help with questions like:

• Customer validation: How do you know if you have product-market fit? How do you find your first paying customers?
• Business model: Is your pricing right? Is your model scalable? How do you make your business model profitable?
