Trade association High Tech NL will have a place in the Green Innovation Hub in Almere's city centre. The organisation is in line with Almere's ambition to grow into the fifth high-tech hub of the Netherlands.
Almere is fully committed to innovation, sustainable technological development and cooperation. The arrival of High Tech NL fits seamlessly into this course. The organisation stimulates innovation by connecting companies and knowledge institutions in the high-tech sector. The focus is on energy transition, semiconductor technology, robotics and life sciences.
"We are delighted that High Tech NL will establish itself in the Green Innovation Hub. By exchanging knowledge and joining forces, you get more done than on your own," says councillor Maaike Veeningen. "Working together with this party is in line with our vision to make Almere a high-tech region."

High Tech NL will contribute to both regional and national ambitions in the field of technology and innovation in Almere. This is done, among other things, by organising knowledge sessions and making their network available.
"For High Tech NL, Almere is a great addition to our network. With our presence in the Green Innovation HUB, we strengthen our connection with a region full of technological potential and a strong growing ecosystem of companies and knowledge institutions," said Eric-Mark Huitema, General Director of High Tech NL.
The cooperation between the Municipality of Almere and High Tech NL is aimed at a future-proof region with more high-quality employment in promising sectors. A powerful step towards an innovative economy.
