Become a Career Coach and make an impact on the future of young people in Almere

Would you like to put your experience as an entrepreneur or professional to work for the next generation? For the spring, JINC Midden-Nederland is looking for Career Coaches in Almere: people who help young people discover where their talents lie and inspire them in choosing a further education or career.

Personalised support that makes a difference

As a Career Coach, you will engage in one-to-one conversations with young people. In a series of meetings, you help them reflect on their qualities, interests and future opportunities. No ready-made answers, but real conversations that give direction and strengthen self-confidence. Especially your practical experience can be of great value.

Getting started well-prepared

Coaching takes place at set times within one pathway. You are expected to be available on all the dates below:

• Monday 12 January
• Monday 26 January
• Monday 16 February
• Monday 16 March

New coaches are carefully prepared: JINC provides clear tools, guidance and support.

Joining is easier than you think

You don't need to be a teacher or a certified coach. Motivation, commitment and the will to contribute something are enough. With a relatively small investment of time, you make a big contribution to the future opportunities of young people.
