UP Validation Program - Masterclass 2
On Wednesday 2 June 2026, the second master class of the UP Validation Program will take place in the morning, exclusively for cohort members. During this session, you will learn how to conduct effective customer discovery interviews. These interviews form the basis of the first milestone within the StartupFramework®: finding your Earlyvangelist. You discover whether potential customers are actually experiencing the same problem you are trying to solve. A handy guideline is that at least eight of the 10 customers interviewed should recognise this problem.
The UP Validation Program is a six-month program of UPALMERE!, run in partnership with Gritd, aimed at early-stage tech startups. Selected founders work through customer interviews, problem validation and solution testing in a structured way from assumptions to proof. This masterclass is exclusive to startups selected for the 2026 cohort, while the Demo Day in November is open to the public.
